1. Unable to log in
You will need to register via the link on the home page. In order
to register you will need to know your customer number. If you do not know your customer number, please contact the CCME administrative
staff at:

From the registration form, enter the following:
Customer No: |
This field is required and is available on the mailing address label
of your subscription. Call (800) 458-4779 if you do not know your
customer No. |
Last name of subscriber: |
This field is used for verification purposes and must match the name
of the subscriber. If you do not know the last name used for the subscription, please call the main office. |
Email: |
Enter your valid email address, you will then receive a verification email which you must complete before logging in. Please ensure that all spam filters are off for all ccme.org email. |
Username: |
The user ID that you would like to use for login purposes. Letters and digits only, Please use 4 to 20 letters or digits. |
Password: |
The password that you would like to use for login purposes. Please write this downand store in a secure place. |
NOTE: You will then receive an email with a link that you will need to go to
for email verification. Use the link in the email to complete your registration.
You will only need to do this once. After that you may login using the
information that you have supplied.
2. Error When Trying to Access CME Quiz or during login
The cause of this is most often related to cookies not being properly
enabled in your browser.
To enable cookies:
Internet Explorer, Version 5.x and Previous
1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Security tab.
3. Select the Internet icon.
4. Click on Custom Level.
5. Find Cookies.
6. For Allow cookies that are stored on your computer, set it to Enable.
7. For Allow per-session cookies, set it to Enable.
Internet Explorer, Version 6.x and Later
1. On the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
2. Select the Privacy tab.
3. In the Web Sites section, click on the Edit button.
4. In the Address of Web Site field, enter http://ccme.org
5. Click on the Allow button.
6. Click on the OK button.
7. Click on OK to close the Internet Options window.
Netscape
1. Select the Edit menu.
2. Select Preferences.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Set it to Accept All Cookies.
